Refund Policy – KD Health Plus

At KD Health Plus, we strive to provide the best possible shopping experience for our valued customers. We understand that occasionally, situations may arise where you may need to return or request a refund for a purchase. To ensure fairness, transparency, and customer satisfaction, please review our Return and Refund Policy below:

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns for products that meet the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged or defective.
  • The return request is initiated within 2 days from the date of delivery in case of damage or defect.

Return Procedure

If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account on our website and go to the Order History section.
  2. Identify the relevant order and note down the order number.
  3. Send an email to kdhealthcare33@gmail.com with:
    • Order number
    • Unboxing images clearly showing the defect/damage
    • A brief reason for the return

Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 2 working days with further instructions.


Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Online Payments (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Wallets):
    Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 15 working days.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
    Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit, which may take up to 15 working days.

Return Shipping

  • In case of defective or incorrect products, a return shipping fee of ₹200 must initially be transferred to the company account (details will be shared via email). After this, we will arrange pickup from your address.
  • For other return reasons, customers may be responsible for shipping the item back.

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace a product, please initiate a return and place a new order separately.


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement by:
  • Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time:
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

Delivery Time:
Estimated delivery time is 4–7 working days, depending on location.

Free Delivery:
We offer free standard delivery on all orders, with no minimum purchase requirement.
